The material you use must be strong once shaped (not malleable).   You are going to test whether wood, plastic and metal will change shape if put under pressure.

Practical: malleability

Complete the following steps and record your data in the table below:

1.     Collect a wooden, plastic and metal equally sized block

2.    Hit each block with a hammer

   3.    Look to see if the material has changed shape
