Task 3 [working towards P7]
You have been asked to produce a brief news report on the recent eruption of Mount Ejafjallajokull in Iceland. As part of the report, you must produce a script to describe the following:
- Introduction to the report
- Brief details of the event (dates, location, name of the volcano)
- Observations and descriptions of the eruption from local eye-witnesses
- Short- and Long-term effects from the eruption (this should include the effects of the eruption on the atmosphere; local plant/animal life; the landscape around Iceland)

Using PowerPoint slides or other visual aids, you will then present your news report to the rest of the class
